Good value for the money. Attentive service. Clean and modern. Got nice seaview restaurants on the waterfront a view steps away.
Do not expect a room with seaview. If you wanna be in the bustling party area of Jomtien then do not consider this place.

Liked the big and very clean room with kettle for makeing tea or coffee in the morning,And the slippers was a nice touch Ive only had them in hongkong. Firstclass room all round would return.
Its a bit out of way from the main hub of jomtien but motorbike taxi at end of street and bht taxi its not that bad getting about.

Only stayed 2 nights, because at least one hours walk to beach, not too much fun in the Thai sun, better to describe it as 100 meters from the sea, but not even a bucket of sand for a mile or two. Everything else pretty much as described, good big clean rooms, exelent internet facilitys and very good coffee which is rare in Thailand.
Too far from beach
